Cozy, modern comforts!

The friendly driver promptly picked me up from the airport, making arrival stress-free. My deluxe room was spacious and modern, equipped with a cozy bed that facilitated a good night's sleep. Although breakfast options were limited late at night, the full Guatemalan breakfast in the morning satisfied my cravings. Unfortunately, the noise from the reception area disrupted my tranquility, impacting my overall experience significantly.

L'Aurora Inn is extremely close to the airport, making check-ins a breeze. My deluxe room felt spacious and had a modern bathroom that looked fresh. The bed? Super soft and comfy, perfect for relaxing after a long flight. I had breakfast on my first day, and their eggs and beans hit the spot. The staff members were really welcoming. The shuttle service impressed me, arriving in just a couple of minutes. However, the dinner experience was disappointing. We ordered pizza and ended up finding plastic in several slices—it felt unsafe for my daughter to eat. When I asked for a refund, the staff seemed dismissive, which didn't sit well with me. The mix of comfortable amenities and some service hiccups made for a somewhat uneven stay.

Perfect for a quick airport stop! The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel safe and welcome. They even offered breakfast before dawn, which was a delightful surprise. Check-in was a bit slow, but the convenience outweighs that minor detail.

It was just a nice choice for a weekend excursion in Guatemala City with fantastic value for money. The shuttle service was efficient and covered all the necessary trips without hassle. Bring some snacks with you since there aren't many food options nearby after dark.
